Father Patrick is asking for 3 parties each weekend to bring refreshments of their choosing (donuts, cupcakes, etc.) and each party will commit to bringing 2 dozen of their chosen refreshments to share with the community. We will not charge for the refreshments, but will place a basket out for people to contribute, the proceeds of which will go towards the parish fund set up for parish hospitality. This is a good way to get more people to commit to the program and ensure that no one is overburdened.

Norman Blair has volunteered to supervise the program and train people in the cleanup procedures afterwards. After some people are trained we will rely on them to close the church up when everyone goes home so that Yasuko doesn't have to stay late into the afternoon every Sunday. Let's build a hospitality community so that people can have a comfortable place to socialize after mass.
